Kyla is a Degreed Nutritional Practitioner, specializing in elite athlete fueling for each unique sport and sex differences between athletes.
Sports Nutrition is a constantly changing field due to all the new scientific research coming out. It’s important to know which journal article results are actually relevant and statistically significant for a client. Kyla keeps up to date on the latest scientific research, attending monthly conferences and webinars to keep her athletes informed and performing their best. Not only does Kyla work one-on-one with clients, but she also gives Nutrition Seminars to teams and gyms.

Becca enjoys working with both males and females of all ages that take their fitness seriously. She offers a one-on-one personalized approach to sports nutrition counseling for ALL levels ranging from the casual exercisers, to the time strapped weekend warriors, all the way to ultra-competitive athletes. In addition, Becca specializes in hormonal issues, gut disturbances, females looking to use their menstrual cycle as an ergogenic aid for performance, and those suffering from low energy availability and RED-S.
Kristin holds a Master of Science in Nutrition Degree from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, OR. Her approach to nutrition is evidence-based and integrates nutritional biochemistry with advanced clinical nutrition. Kristin’s education and clinical experience provides her with a solid foundation in holistic nutrition and skilled training in cooking, teaching, and nutritional counseling.
