Get to know Lexi with these fun facts!

  • What is the craziest myth you’ve heard from your clients?
    • “Cutting out every carb is the best way to lose weight” ….no ma’am.
  • What’s the weirdest health food you’ve ever tried?
    • Cow tongue.. Is that a health food? Either way, it was weird. 10/10 do not recommend.
  • Do you have a favorite healthy recipe that you like to make at home?
    • I’m Italian, so I have to say my high protein pasta dishes. I like to make my own cheese sauces with cottage cheese in the blender, add spices, then pour over pasta. I love to add in shrimp or chicken to top off the dish.
  • What’s your favorite type of workout, and why?
    • Weight lifting. Nothing makes me feel stronger than being in the gym pushing heavy weights around. I love feeling strong and powerful.
  • What’s your favorite tip to give to your clients?
    • Eating the protein on your plate first can help with portion control, because it is the most filling and satiating part of your meal.
