Greg initially began working with Sports Nutrition practitioner, Kyla Channell, MS to change his diet to support his lab work.  Once we started to see some improvements there we started to dive into the discussion around race nutrition and fueling his big races.  Greg was coming to Kyla starting at a really great gut trained place, we just had to make a few tweaks to his sodium and fluid needs for his racing in this environment compared to his training environment.
