You’ve Trained For This.
Don’t Let Nutrition Be the Variable That Ends Your Race.

Athletes racing Leadville are some of the most prepared, most committed people on the planet. They spend thousands on gear, months in training, and years building toward race day.

And then mile 60 hits, and the stomach shuts down. The bonk arrives without warning. The fuel plan — built on guesswork — completely falls apart at altitude.

  • GI distress and nausea that costs you hours and miles
  • Bonking at altitude because your carb strategy was never tested at 10,000 feet
  • No idea how much to eat per hour for a 20+ hour effort
  • Race week panic — carb loading wrong and arriving to the start line bloated or depleted
  • A nutrition plan cobbled together from Reddit threads and YouTube videos
  • Never training your gut to actually absorb fuel under race stress

Built For Exactly
This Athlete.

The Leadville MTB Rider

You’ve got the fitness and the bike. Now you need a fueling system that keeps you moving through Hope Pass and into the finish chute without falling apart.

The Leadville 100 Runner

Whether it’s your first 100 or you’re chasing a PR or a buckle — your nutrition strategy needs to be as dialed as your training plan.

The Altitude Newcomer

Racing above 10,000 feet changes everything — appetite suppression, increased fluid loss, altered carb needs. We cover every variable specific to Leadville.

The Experienced Athlete Who’s Been Winging It

You’ve finished races before but you know your nutrition has been your weak link. This is the program that finally closes that gap.

I’ve spent my career working with endurance athletes — from age groupers chasing bucket list races to professional cyclists and ultrarunners competing at the highest levels.

What I’ve learned is that nutrition is almost always the variable that separates a strong finish from a DNF — and it’s almost always the variable that gets the least professional attention.

The Leadville 100 Nutrition Cohort brings the exact same level of expertise I bring to my pro athletes — built specifically around what Leadville demands — at a price point that makes professional sports nutrition accessible to every serious athlete on the start line.

Whether you’re clipping in or lacing up this August, you deserve a nutrition plan as serious as your training. That’s what this program delivers.

Questions Answered.

Is this for runners AND cyclists?
Yes — both. The core curriculum is the same because the nutrition demands at Leadville are nearly identical across both disciplines. Your individual race day plan at week 12 is built specifically for your event, your aids stations, and your finish time goal.
Won’t other athletes in my group be my competition?
The vast majority of Leadville athletes are racing against the clock, a personal goal, or a finish buckle — not each other. The group dynamic creates powerful accountability and shared energy, not rivalry.
What if I’ve never worked with a sports nutritionist before?
Perfect. We start with a full baseline assessment in week one. No prior nutrition knowledge required — just a commitment to showing up and executing the program through August.
Is this different from a generic nutrition course?
Completely. Every module is built around Leadville’s specific demands — altitude, duration, elevation profile, and aid station layout. You also receive a fully individualized race day fuel plan. This is not a template.
What’s the time commitment per week?
Roughly 1–2 hours per week — one group coaching call plus implementing the weekly protocol into your existing training. It’s designed to work around a serious athlete’s schedule, not compete with it.
What if I’m a first-timer vs. a returning Leadville athlete?
Both are welcome and both benefit. First-timers get a complete foundation. Returning athletes refine what hasn’t worked and build a more precise, tested plan for their next attempt.

You’ve Done The Work.
Fuel It Right.
