Episode 102 with Elise Chabbey: Fueling for the Tour de France Femmes

We spoke to professional cyclist, Elise Chabbey, about:

Swiss athlete Elise Chabbey is a renaissance woman of sport, as well as a trained physician. Beginning her career as a competitive kayaker, she competed in the 2012 London Olympic Games, where she placed 20th. She’s also had some success in running, with a win at the Geneva half marathon. She made her cycling debut in 2016, and within two years had signed on to her first professional team before going on to complete her medical studies in 2019. In 2020, she put cycling aside in order to work in the hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Since her return, she has raced in some of the top events with Canyon Sram RAcing. She is the two-time world champion  in the team time trial in 2022 and 2023, and she’s also placed 4th in both the Paris Roubaix and Liège-Bastogne-Liège.
