Episode 33 with Lea Davison: Olympic Mountain Biker, Mentor, and Foodie

In today’s episode, we speak with Lea Davison about her experience as a pro mountain biker for Team USA. Tune in to learn more about her nutrition and hydration game plans for big races, as well as how she has learned to fuel her body for both sport and health over the years.

Lea Davison is a 2x Olympian from Jericho, Vermont.  She is a graduate of Middlebury College where she competed as a downhill ski racer. She began mountain bike racing in 2001.  Her career highlights include: Silver medal at the 2016 World Championships, Bronze medal at the 2014 World Championships, and 3rd overall in the 2015 World Cup series. Her passion is getting the next generation of females riding mountain bikes which is why she co-founded Little Bellas, a mentoring on mountain bikes program for girls.  She continues her work with the Little Bellas through the Pro Ambassador Program.
