Tuna Nori Wraps

Ingredients:

For 2 servings:

  • 1 can Tuna (drained and flaked)
  • 1 Carrot (smalled, julienned)
  • 1/2 Cucumber (julienned)
  • 1/2 Avocado (peeled and sliced)
  • 6 Nori Sheets (snack size)

Directions:

  1. Divide the tuna, carrot, cucumber and avocado onto each nori sheet.
  2. Roll or wrap the tuna-stuffed nori and enjoy immediately.
